How are you people?
Today, I want to make a blog dedicated to my physical and emotional health. Since i would like to share it. So i put some questions related to the subject. Let´s start!!
How do i take care of my boby?
I take care of my body by eating something that does not have fato r sugar, for example fruits and vegetables and also doing litle exercise during the week.
What is the importance of a balanced diet?
It is very important to have a balanced diet because you can avoid having diseases such as obesity or glucosa problems and that is why it is very good to be healthy to prevent us from having these kinds of problems in our health and living well with our body.
How do i spend my time?
I honestly spend my time all the time in my bed watching videos or drawing. Somethings that is not very good, since I am not putting something productive to my boby and i could harm my health.
Do i sleep well?
No, i do not sleep very well since i spend watching programs or doing my homework and that is why i develop a lot doing these activities. What i would have to do is measure my time to finish quickly and sleep the hours i need.
Do i practice any sports?
Yes, i practice some sports like tennis; i used to practice Teakwondo but i left for certian reasons. Although i think i need to do more physical activity; since i usually only do 4 hours a week of fitness and it is very recently.
Do i read?
I must confess that before i finished 5 books in a month, but currently i have left the literature for a matter of time or because somethings i feel lazy to do it and i do not. This is wrong since i am not making my brain in a good condition instead of Reading i spend mosto f my time playing games.
